METHODS ACCEPTED: PayPal, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club.
PREFERED PAYMENT METHOD: PayPal. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card contacting us ebaypckirsch@yahoo.com for contact information.
OTHER: Payment is due 7 days after auction end, unless buyer makes arrangements. Personal Checks may be held for 3 - 5 business days (7-10 days) to clear. You can expect an unpaid item dispute to be started 14 days after end of auction, if no payment is received.

PAYPAL ISSUES: PayPal and eBay are not 100% at getting notifications sent via email. Their system does have hickups. We try out best to catch these errors, but delays can still happen.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Please include Item #, Email Address, or Ebay User ID with payments. If you do not, it is nearly impossible to find what item the payment goes to. |

WHERE SHIPPED: Worldwide! Non-US Buyers must email for shipping quotes on larger orders. Buyer is responsible for all import fees and taxes.
We have NO control over transit times.
COMBINED SHIPPING: If you want combined shipping you MUST request a total or WAIT for us to send you a combined item invoice before paying. If you pay for your items seprately, Your items may be shipped seprately, but you will not receive a refund for combined shipping. It is not worth my time to refund a couple of $$'s, just request the total.
Combined shipping is NOT "First" and "Each Additional" for different items. Many items are different shapes and require specific packaging to allow items to be combined.
INSURANCE: Shipping Insurance is ALWAYS optional. The USPS does lose and damage packages and I will not be responsible.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: I do NOT read the "PayPal Notes", so if you want your items shipped to a different address you will need to Email me BEFORE paying OR change your PayPal address to the address you want your item shipped. Failing to do so, will result in your magnets getting shipped to PayPal address. I also use a program that verifies USPS Addresses. If you don't supply your "USPS Correct" address, you can also expect delays or returned packages. Buyers are also responsible for the Postage amount and PayPal fees to resend packages that have been returned due to buyer error. |

WHEN SHIPPED: Most items ship within 24 business hours of payment being received. However, this is NOT a guarantee. I have a family, a full-time job, get sick, have family emergencies, take vacation, and some days just don't have time to get every sale packaged. Me and my family come before shipping your items. This is a Family Owned and Operated Business!
FREQUENCY OF SHIPPING: Packages are mailed most every other day, for the most part. Most saturdays we may not ship as our Post Office is only open in the mornings. I will not guarantee shipping a day, as situations to arise where I may not be able to get to the Post Office and with rising fuel prices, it's getting more expensive.
If you need items by a certain date, EMAIL or CALL us. Don't assume they will be there in time. |
| Refunds & Returns |
ARE REFUNDS ALLOWED: In some instances, yes.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS: Same as shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer will not be refunded the inital postage cost or the return shipping cost.
TIMING OF RETURNS: Buyer must email seller within 3 days of receiving items of intentions of a refund, as all returns must have a RMA number.
RESTOCKING FEE: Yes, 15% of purchase price.
MAGNET CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean surface and magnet with mild detergent before applying. On vehicles- remove and clean magnet and surface daily. Do not use on horizontal surfaces exposed to direct sunlight (such as automobile hoods). Do not use in temperatures exceeding 150 degrees. Magnets in direct sunlight may become soft and could tear when being removed. Use common sense.
Before affixing to metal surface be sure all paints, clear coats and waxes are cured (approximate curing times: paint 90 days, clear coat 60 days, wax 2 days). Remove magnet by lifting entire magnet from the surface. Do not pull or stretch the magnet across the surface.
I will not be held liable for any damage caused by misuse or failure to follow the instructions listed above. I am only a resaler.
You will also want to remove you magnets before entering a car wash. A car wash is to remove all foreign objects from your car, and magnets would fall into that catagory. |

RESPONSE TIME: Normally less then 1 business day, but we do have I do have a family.
DAYs I AM OFF: Whenever I don't feel like being at the computer. I have a full time job, 3 daughters, and like time off just like everyone else.
FEEDBACK: Due to high volume of sales, our feedback is left automatically by Ebay after payment is made and we receive feedback. If you don't contact us and allow us to correct an error before leaving non-positive feedback, you can expect the same.
QUANITY MAGNETS: I do have large quanities of magnets. If you want more than what is listed in auction, search my Ebay Store, as I have other listings.
BACK ORDERS: At times magnets purchased may be back ordered or out of stock. I have Ebay Auctions, an Ebay Store, and another Store. I try my best to keep every item in stock and back orders are very rare, but some circumstances may arise. Buyers will be notified and given option of refund.
