- I'm a member of National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and follow their Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
- I'm a registered home inspector in the state of North Dakota - License #32. Minnesota doesn't have any registration requirements yet.
- I carry Errors and Omissions insurance ($100,000)
- I carry commercial liability insurance (1,000,000)
- Continuing education and training is important to me, and a requirement to maintain my NACHI certification and North Dakota state license.
- International Association of Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) certified in mold
- US Chamber of Commerce member
- Member of Wahpeton-Breckenridge Area Board of Realtors
'Life experience' that has proved useful to me in the home inspection trade is the knowledge and skills earned through 15 years of farm maintenance and 15 years of maintenance work at 3M-Imation, as well as 35 years of being a home owner.
